The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is starting an ongoing effort to improve our collective management of risks to the health and safety of the individuals served by regional centers. DDS periodically will be issuing topical, informational Wellness and Health Bulletins derived from the analysis of Special Incident Reports and other data sources, recent issues, and topics related to health and wellness.
