Upcoming Public Meeting-Development of RCRC’s DRAFT 2023-2024 Performance Contract: Monday, October 24, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. by Zoom.
The public is invited to to assist RCRC in developing its DRAFT 2023-2024 Performance Contract. Per Welfare & Institutions (W&I) Code section 4629(c), contracts with regional centers include annual performance objectives that must be developed through public process. These objectives include Reducing Disparities and Improving Equity in Purchase of Services Expenditures, Employment Measures as well as Compliance Measures. DDS is transitioning from a calendar year (CY) to a fiscal year (FY) format of the annual performance contract starting in 2023. During this first year transition from CY to FY, regional centers will be required to submit a Performance Contract that covers an 18 month period from January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
