HCBS Rights Survey from Alo Consultation in partnership with DDS

California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) would like to invite RCRC clients and their families to take part in a survey about Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) rights! Your feedback will help them:

Make education about your HCBS rights better.
Help policy makers understand the needs of people with disabilities.
Teach people how to advocate for their rights to be respected.

The survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. It will not ask for your name and no staff, providers, or people who support you will see your responses. You will have a chance to win a Doordash gift card from Alo Consultation!
