Board of Directors’ Executive Committee Meeting

The RCDSC Board of Directors Executive Committee will be meeting regarding a matter of urgency on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. by Zoom Video/Teleconference. Per statute, the Board is required to review and approve all contracts over $250,000. Due to the timeline, the Executive Committee will be reviewing and taking immediate action on behalf of the full board per RCDSC Bylaws Section 8.04(A)1).
