Independent CPA Request for Proposals
Redwood Coast Regional Center (RCRC) is requesting proposals from qualified accounting firms to provide audit and tax compliance services for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
Pursuant to Welfare & Institutions Code 4639, regional centers must annually engage an independent accounting firm to audit their financial statements. RCRC’s fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30, and the audit for FY ending June 30, 2025, is the fifth conducted by our current firm. As required, RCRC is seeking a new firm to perform the audit and related tax filings, including IRS Form 990, California Form 199, and Form RRF-1. Oversight of this engagement will be provided by RCRC’s Executive Committee.
