It is the responsibility of the Budget and Finance Committee to monitor budget expenditures, review fiscal information presented by the Executive Director and make fiscal policy recommendations to the Board of Directors.  The Budget and Finance Committee shall also assist in the selection of an independent auditor, to be approved by the Board of Directors, to conduct an annual audit of financial record-keeping and fiscal reporting methods and report to the Board of Directors the findings of such an audit. The Budget and Finance Committee shall be composed of not less than five Board members with one of those Board members being a client.
