Public Records Request

The California Public Records Act (CPRA) gives the public the right to access records maintained by the Redwood Coast Regional Center (RCRC). Records may include documents, emails, reports, spreadsheets, images, audio, and video related to RCRC business. Some records are exempt from disclosure, including medical information, attorney-client communications, and security-sensitive information.

RCRC processes requests in accordance with the CPRA, applicable confidentiality laws.
