Upcoming Public Meeting-Development of RCRC’s DRAFT 2024-2025 Performance Contract: Friday, September 6, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. by Zoom.
The public is invited to to assist RCRC in developing its DRAFT 2024-2025 Performance Contract. Per Welfare & Institutions (W&I) Code section 4629(c), contracts with regional centers include annual performance objectives that must be developed through public process. These objectives include Reducing Disparities and Improving Equity in Purchase of Services Expenditures, Employment Measures as well as Compliance Measures. Regional centers are required to submit a Performance Contract for the fiscal year from July 1, 20243 through June 30, 2025.
